All products sold by Greenbox NZ are second-hand and refurbished unless otherwise specified. The following warranty periods apply:

• A 12-month “Return to Base” warranty applies to laptops, desktops, and all-in-one computers, unless stated otherwise.
• The 12-month warranty does not apply to smartphones, monitors, accessories, batteries, or parts.
• The warranty period starts from the date of the product invoice.

Our 12-month warranty covers any hardware defects that may arise during normal usage. This includes all components, such as fans, hard drives, keyboards, touchpads, LCD panels, and hinges, unless specifically excluded. However, the warranty does not cover software issues, battery degradation from regular use, accidental damage, user data, or problems caused by misuse or improper handling.
